License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Precode Limited ("Licensor", "we", "us") for the use of Flyng software ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

Plain English Summary

You can use Flyng on any Mac you own for personal use. You can't share your license or redistribute the software. We provide the software "as is" and aren't liable for any damages. Pretty standard stuff.

1. License Grant

Flyng Free: We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the free version of Flyng for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the limitations built into the software (e.g., transfer limits).

Flyng Pro: Upon purchase, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flyng Pro for personal use on unlimited Mac computers that you own or control.

Your license includes all future updates to the Software at no additional cost. We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software is owned by Precode Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you limited rights to use the Software and does not transfer any ownership rights.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Flyng Pro for any reason, contact us at hello@flyng.app within 14 days to request a full refund.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRECODE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.

We may also terminate your license if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, particularly regarding license key sharing or commercial misuse.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Precode Limited regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
